By adding a peak roof, double door, and a color options to a modular container, you get a "Shed" as shown here. 
Like the modular containers, sheds are smooth sided and more "configurable" with side and double door options. 
They are easier to insulate, but not double stack-able.
Sheds come standard with a high security door bar lock and lever mechanism that is designed to accept any standard lock.
Heavy-duty hinges and tamper proof hardware provide additional security.
